If we run industrial machinery or privately owned cars, we will from time to time book them in for a service or carry out the maintenance ourselves - so why don't we do the same with our own bodies?
The complexity of our bodies is truly amazing and the way they are able to compensate makes them far better than any machine. But we still need to be aware of what our body is telling us and how to adjust to the warnings.

At Mobile Health MOT we believe prevention is better than cure, and our aim is to bring health education and promotion to the public in general - whether in the workplace or the community - at a cost that is affordable.
Our aim is to carry out Health MOTs, looking at the risks of cardiovascular disease and raising general awareness of male and female related cancers and other illnesses, giving people the knowledge to make informed choices and to seek help at the earliest opportunity.
We have worked on health promotion and health education projects with local and district councils and Primary Care Trusts. We also work in the community at public and company events.
